DOG GROOMING PACKAGES

Bath, Brush and Nails Package
(Short Haired Dogs)

Breed examples: Pug, Bull Dog, Lab, Boxer, Bloodhound, Mastiff

Service includes a bath, blow-dry, brush out, nail clipping and ears cleaned. Please note that all dogs receive ear protection during the drying process.

Small – $45-55+

Bath and De-shedding Package
(Dogs with Undercoat)

Breed examples: Pomeranian, Sheltie, Golden retriever, German Shepherd, Australian Shepherd, Collie

Service includes a bath with de-shedding shampoo and conditioner, blow-dry, brush out, nail clipping, and ear cleaning. Light trimming is also included around the feet, bum, and belly. Additional charges will apply for extra de-shedding, mat removal, and extra trimming. Note that all dogs receive ear protection during the drying process.

Full Hair Cut Package
(Long Haired Dogs)

Breed examples: Yorkshire Terrier, Poodles, Shih Tzu, Schnauzers, Spaniels, Doodles, Bouvier

Service includes full body hair cut, bath, blow dry, nail trim, ear cleaning, pad trim, sanitary trim and full body scissor cut. Please note that all dogs receive ear protection during the drying process.

Bath and Face Trim Package
(Long Haired Dogs)

Service includes: a bath, blow dry, brush out, face and foot trim, nail clipping, ear cleaning, pad, and sanitary trim. Ideal for in between full grooms and to keep you dog tangle free.

Add On Packages

Natural Colloidal Silver Treatment ($5-$20)

Chris Christensen’s Peace and Kindness shampoo is a natural alternative to harsh medicated shampoos. This product contains colloidal silver to treat and sooth acute and chronic skin conditions. It effectively treats itchy skin, hot spots, dandruff, yeast infections, parasitic and fungal infections, and allergic reactions.

Envirogroom Skin Therapy shampoo (Included at no additional cost)

This product is great for relieving mild skin irritations, itching and is great for pets with sensitive skin or allergies.

De-shedding Package (Included at no additional cost)

Our de-shedding package uses Envirogrooms Natural De-shedding shampoo and conditioning treatment. This package is great for double coated dogs to help with shedding and is completely hypoallergenic.

Hypo-Allergenic Package (by request only–no extra charge)

Our hypo-allergenic package uses Envirogrooms Hypoallergenic and tearless shampoo and conditioner. This product is perfect for dogs or cats with sensitive skin or chronic skin conditions.

Walk-in Services

Walk in nail trims are offered Monday- Friday from 9 am- 2 pm.

Nail trims on Saturdays or after 2 pm must be made by appointment only.

Dog nail trims- $ 15

Nail trim and grinding - $20

Cat nail trim- $20

Please note: due to the high volume of appointments during the month of December, we are unable to accommodate walk-in nail trims. All services, including nail trims, must be scheduled in advance. We appreciate you understanding.

We have chosen only high-quality products to use on your pet.

Each dog receives two baths with Chris Christensen Smart Wash shampoo or Hypoallergenic shampoo. Then we will use Kelco puppy tears face shampoo and Chris Christensen conditioner. This pet shampoo and conditioning system helps retain a healthy moisture balance in the coat while removing oil, debris and allergens. All dogs with undercoat will receive their second bath using Chris Christensen De-shedding shampoo and finish with a de-shedding conditioning treatment.

We have chosen Opaws high quality exclusive cat shampoo. Each cat will receive two baths, one degreasing bath and one deep cleaning. Then they will get a conditioning treatment with our Chris Christensen conditioner.

GROOMING SALON POLICY UPDATES

Punctuality

Please be on time for your appointments as our staff is scheduled based on appointment times. Please be mindful of our hours of operation when booking your appointment. We have a 15-minute grace period, beyond this time we will not be able to accept your pet. After two no show appointments or appointments canceled without 24 hours notice, we will require a (non- refundable) pre-payment to schedule an appointment. Some exceptions maybe allowed depending on the situation. Please make sure your pet has gone to the bathroom before their scheduled grooming appointment.

Pick Up

Your groomer will give you an average time needed to groom your pet. We will call you 20 minutes before your pet is ready for pick up. We are a small salon and only groom one pet, per groomer at a time. We strive to keep a calm atmosphere for your pet. Please do not leave you pet longer than 1 hour after they are ready for pick up. If you are running late, need an early drop off or later pick up, please speak to your groomer to make sure we can accommodate you. (Beyond 1 hour late for pick up, we may charge $10 per 30 minutes)

Pricing

Our pricing may vary on the size, coat condition, type of hair cut requested and behaviour. Pricing may change or increase if your pet has mats, extra de-matting, or de-shedding, needs extra time or is showing signs of aggression. We want to continue to give your pet the best quality service and products. Please note that some price increases may apply at your next appointment, as our overall expenses have increased.
